Private Home Gym:

A fully equipped high spec private gym, to cater for all exercise needs and abilities, its a great chance to gain experience and confidence one to one in a private facility. Where you can feel comfortable and confident in your fitness journey as opposed to a loud intimidating commercial gym.

Custom 60 Minute Session:

Fully customized session to you, with an in depth look at form and technique we go over a range of exercises that are suited to you. We build a program for your needs and goals, and progress each session. 

Nutrition Guidance:

Build knowledge and learn what to eat to achieve your fitness goals, still eat your favorite foods but in moderation and learn what a suitable diet is for your needs and body, and be more confident within yourself to know what to do when it comes to food choices.

Equipment Overview

  • A fully adjustable squat rack allows for a wide variety of exercises including squats, bench press, seated shoulder press - so many exercises can be done in this rack.


  • Cable stack with a total of 180 kilos of load, endless points of adjustments, with a wide variety of attachments to target your whole body.


  • Dumbbells ranging the whole way from 2-40kg. No matter what your experience and strength level you can use whatever's best to achieve the goal. 


  • Leg extension/leg curl machine to target either the quadriceps or hamstrings. An essential machine to build and strengthen your legs.


  • Cardio/HIIT area with a boxing bag to make cardio fun, gloves included! A kettle bell to add a variety of ways to increase strength and cardiovascular system, a step box to help aid cardio further. More equipment is included from skipping ropes to boxing pads. Also battle ropes to further conditioning work.


  • Spin bike again another cardiovascular option, cycling helps massively to raise heart rate and help achieve fat loss goals, another gym essential.


  • Ski Erg a more full body option for cardio, targeting the arms, back, core and legs! Also very low impact.


  • Treadmill especially in winter months running outside is a massive chore, with a treadmill you don't have to worry about slipping over or anyone looking at you run, just set your desired target and run, also can go to a 15 degree incline!


  • Rowing machine another concept 2 piece of equipment which are the leading brand when it comes to cardio machines, a rowing machine is fantastic for the back arms and legs, and is a real fun option!


  • Flat and adjustable benches another way to add variety to your workouts, you can bench press on flat bench, shoulder press on an incline, can also be used to stabilize legs during split squats, can be used in many ways no matter what the goal and exercise.


Price List:

  • 1-1 session, £30 hourly.
  • 1-1 session, 3 or more times a week, £25 hourly.
  • 2-1/partner session, £45 hourly. £22.50 each.
